Terms of Service

Effective October 17, 2026Last updated October 17, 2026About 5 minutes to read

In plain language

  • These terms cover your use of websario.com, not a project with us.
  • Every project is governed by its own written proposal and agreement.
  • Prices on the site are starting points, not quotes.
  • The content and design of this site belong to Websario; client work belongs to our clients.

01Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of websario.com, operated by Websario. Websario is a trade name of Tidal Loop, LLC. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

02Using this website

You may browse the site and contact us for lawful purposes. You agree not to misuse the website, including attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, or submit false or harmful information through our forms.

03Projects and proposals

Submitting an inquiry or booking a strategy call doesn't create a client relationship or obligate either party. Any project we take on is governed by a separate written proposal and agreement that sets out scope, timeline, payment, and ownership. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls.

04Pricing on this site

Prices shown on this website, such as the starting prices on our Services page, are starting points to help you plan. They are not offers or quotes. Your final investment is set in your written proposal after we understand your project. We may change published prices at any time.

05Free video audits

Free video audits are offered at our discretion, with no obligation to hire us. An audit reflects our professional opinion of your website at the time we review it and is not a guarantee of results. We may decline or limit audit requests.

06Intellectual property

The design, text, graphics, and code of websario.com belong to Websario or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse them without our written consent, except for sharing links to our pages.

07Portfolio and client work

Projects shown in our portfolio are displayed with our clients' permission. Client names, logos, and websites belong to their respective owners, and their appearance here doesn't imply endorsement of any other business.

08Third-party links and tools

Our site links to client websites and uses third-party tools such as Google Calendar. We aren't responsible for the content, policies, or availability of sites and services we don't control.

09Disclaimers

This website and its content are provided "as is." Information on the site is general and may change. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don't guarantee that it is complete, current, or uninterrupted.

10Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Websario is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Liability related to client projects is addressed in each project agreement.

11Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Carteret County, North Carolina.

12Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will change the "Last updated" date when we do. Questions? Contact Websario at info@websario.com or (252) 596-3710.
